Why don’t I have the option to upload a file?
To eliminate entries not playing correctly and to make sure all entries are able to be accessed by our judges, we require all files be submitted through a URL. For video, YouTube is preferred. For audio, SoundCloud is preferred.
Why can I only upload one URL on some entries?
To avoid our judges missing any details of your submission, we require some entries to be compiled into one URL for the judges to view. This may mean that you will need to edit your submissions to comply with time limits.
What if my entry is longer than the maximum length?
Your entry may be disqualified. In our efforts to be respectful of the time commitments of being a judge, it will be in your best interest to edit out the best of your entry to make it fit the time allowed. The judges are not required to listen to/view anything more than the entry limit.
How do I get the free entries for my station group?
Free entries are available for station groups that are participating at higher levels in the MO-PEP program. They are redeemed through a coupon code that is entered at the time of checkout. There will be one code allowed per station group and all of the free entries must be redeemed at one time. It is recommended that one person within the station group submit all of the entries. Coupon codes will be provided to General Managers. When you are ready to checkout, have your GM contact Terri for the appropriate coupon code.
How do I know if my station group is participating in MO-PEP at the higher levels?
Check with your General Manager. 2026 Pledge Forms were completed in October of 2025.
How do I know if my station group is an MBA member?
Station groups that are current MBA members will be listed on the Main Organization dropdown list when you start your entry.
How do I know if my station is a participant in MO-PEP, qualifying for the discounted entry fee?
The platform automatically discounts entry fees for stations who participate in MO-PEP.
I have entries for multiple stations that are in different market sizes. How do I know which category to enter?
If you have an entry for a station in a small market (i.e., Sikeston), but the parent company main office/headquarters is in a medium market (i.e., Cape Girardeau), the entry should follow the parent company market size.
How are the entry fees determined?
Entry fees are based on the market size of the parent company. If you have an entry for a station in a small market (i.e., Osage Beach), but the parent company main office/headquarters is in a medium market (i.e., Columbia), the entry fee will be for the medium market.
