Biennial Ownership Reports Due Dec. 1
On September 18, 2023, the FCC released a Public Notice reminding all broadcasters that the window for Biennial Ownership Reports will open on October 2, 2023 and that all reports must be submitted by December 1, 2023.
As a reminder, all licensees of commercial and non-commercial full power television, Class A television, low power television, AM radio, and FM radio stations are required to file a biennial ownership report. Information in the report must be current as of October 1, 2023. Broadcasters are encouraged to start preparation of their reports early to ensure that their reports are timely submitted.
