Mississippi River Radio is a five station cluster in Poplar Bluff Missouri with sister stations in Cape Girardeau Missouri, Southern Illinois, Denver Colorado and Virginia Beach Virginia. Our Poplar Bluff stations consist of Clear 94, KKLR-FM a 100,000 watt country music giant, Z95 The Bone KJEZ-FM a 100,000 rock station, Hot 92.9 KLSC-FM a 50,000 watt top 40 station and Todays Talk KWOC 93.3FM/930AM the information stations for our region.

River Radio of Poplar Bluff is looking for an experienced program director/on-air personality that has a proven track record. If your desire is to move away from the craziness of the “Big City Rat Race” and find an opportunity to put down roots in a small town atmosphere that’s great for raising your family, then this just might be what you’ve been waiting for.
The Gig:
• Program Director for 100,000 watt country station KKLR-FM 94.5
• On-Air Talent M-F 6A-10A Morning Show Host KKLR-FM 94.5
• Assist with Social Media content creation for KKLR-FM 94.5
• Promotional Appearances as needed
Bring with you:
• A strong desire to succeed with a “Can Do” attitude
• Knowledge of Music Master, Adobe Audition and Wide Orbit software
• 3 years or more of on-air experience preferred
• Social media experience required
• Experience in music programming and imaging a top 40 country station
Position:
Salaried, full time Monday through Friday 6A-2P
