The Missouri Broadcasters Association seeks an Office Manager/Member Services Coordinator to join our future-focused team. We’re looking for an energetic person with fresh ideas.
Our trade association represents more than 370 over-the-air broadcast radio and television stations in Missouri. In addition to office management duties, you will regularly communicate with member stations and be a leader for training programs for our broadcasters, our annual convention and awards program.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of administrative experience in the broadcast industry, including answering and routing phone calls, emails, gathering electronic invoices, data entry of paper invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, GL accounts, broadcast traffic distribution and production of monthly and quarterly reports.
