Who we’re looking for:
Eagle Communications is looking for an experienced marketing consultant with confidence, drive and creative ideas to sell marketing and advertising concepts to support Hutchinson, KS area businesses and organizations. Eagle in Hutchinson operates KHUT/Country 102.9, KHMY/ My 93.1, KWBW 1450 AM/98.5 FM, and HutchPost.com. In addition, we provide a robust set of Digital Marketing and Advertising solutions including Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, geofencing, targeted display, OTT, SEO & SEM and more! We also offer website design, build and maintenance.

Salary:
Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and employee stock ownership plan.

Experience:
– Media experience and past success counts for this position.
– Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Requirements:
Candidates should be hard working, goal oriented and self-motivated. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record are essential to success. Responsibilities include: contacting businesses to uncover potential advertising opportunities, researching client’s industry, presenting proposals and persuading clients to invest in your ideas. Continued client support and servicing is also required. As an employee-owner, everything you do counts, and we only hire the best. Our next employee-owner must also understand digital/web and social media.

Ongoing training is essential and is provided.
