Details:
To oversee the daily workflow of the office including, but not limited to: ad traffic for broadcast using company software WAVSTAR and MARKETRON, be the “face” of the company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome; both in person and on the phone. Serve as a liaison between all departments ensuring accurate, timely entry of client schedules, ad placement, and reporting. Create and/or maintain efficient and smooth work flow operations of the office.

Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience

Experience:
• Previous radio industry experience preferred but not required.
• At least two years administrative/clerical experience.
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Database and MS Office experience is preferred.

Requirements:
• Strong communication, written and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of MS OFFICE.
• The ability to coach and be coached, motivate and lead a team.
• The ability to manage time effectively, works independently, yet demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
• Be able to react quickly to fast changing situations and be able to cope under pressure.
• Possess a positive attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
• Walk up and down stairs
• Minimal travel as it pertains to traveling to the post office and the bank.
• Must have valid driver’s license .
• Must be able to drive to and from work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Typical office setting.
• This is a full time 40 hour /week position.
